About the Team
BauMotor is a new initiative and founded at the beginning of 2021 as a wholly owned company of Bergmann Infotech GmbH. We work with construction site robot manufacturers, and we bring the latest cutting-edge robot technology, functionality, and cloud operating software to our construction customer base in DACH and Scandinavia.
The team drives projects and development of our Construction Robot range to our customer base to trial, test, demo and ultimately lease robots to our customers, and partners on a pay-as-you-go basis.
As a new member of our team working together you will help drive our business with robot manufacturers, cloud software developers and other suppliers of products to integrate onto our robot range.

- You participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies
- You accompany the development of autonomous robot solutions up to the complete installation of these on construction sites
- Together with your ideas and the team, you analyze and optimize existing processes on the construction site
- You support the creation and maintenance of detailed construction process documentation
- In addition, you will assist with management issues by preparing presentations and regulatory meetings as well as calculating business cases
- You first try yourself out and then define your possible role in the future together with us.

SOFT SKILLS
- Student (f/m/d) of a university or interested person in robotics and construction
- Language skills: German and English.
- Experience working within construction operations related fields is an advantage
- Excellent skills on GSuite, MS Office products, (CRM, ERP, …) is a plus
- High customer orientation and focus
- 15h+ per week
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel on a operational project basis.
- Driving license class B with trailer is a great advantage
