Autonomous self-navigating
robots with high-resolution cameras scan everything on the construction site and register defects and damage. With the help of machine learning, defects are quickly detected, documented and a report including a photo is stored in the BIM.
Robots with high definition camera scans the objects and produces a report comparing the objects and surfaces against the BIM plan time scheduling and can then determine whether or not the project is behind or ahead of schedule.
Robots can be used for on-site security monitoring and controlling, to ensure site integrity is maintained and no unauthorized personnel are allowed to enter the site. They can also monitor the security of machinery and tools. They have the ability to detect, gas leaks, fires, and water damage. Their cameras can also be utilized for structural integrity.
